Good day!
I am Leslie Anne Botones, married and with daughter.
I started my career in accounting position at SMX Convention Center last jul 2016. I was able to hired as Purchasing Assistant but they transfer me after a month as Credit and Collection/ Treasury Assistant. I handled many accounts, send the billings to them thru email or thru with their addresses. I do bookkeeping also when i enter payments thru SAP. I also received payments (Cash, Cheques or thru credit card payments). I collect their rental fees thru phone calls, emails or i will go to the their offices. After a year, the senior finance manager decide to transfer me as Finance Assistant - Accounts Payable. I prepared and checked lots of invoices for 3 branches. I also do bookkeeping to enter such information for utilities, and supplies. After almost 2 years in SMX Convention Center i leaved the company due to oppurtunities in Upgrade to see actual info Hospitality, Inc.
I hired as Accounting and Admin Supervisor and assigned to our client in Muntinlupa which is a Real Estate or Condo. I prepared billings and send to unit owners for monthly amortization, condo dues and parking fees. I also received payments here. I prepared Collection Reports everyday and send to Chief Finance Officer. I deposit also their payments thru AUB Bank everyday, purchase of office supplies. I prepared RFP every week and make send to Head Office in Mandaluyong City. I handled 3 properties, Muntinlupa, Imus Cavite and in Tondo, Manila. I do field works to pay utilities and go to the properties to do spot audit. After a year of stay, Upgrade to see actual info decided to pulled out us and i was transferred in Head Quarters in Makati as Service Officer under Compensation and Benefits & Billing and Collection. I prepared payroll for 140 employees and do it Manually or in Excel File. I do timekeping every month. I also prepared billing for payroll every 20th of the month. I do bookkeeping to enter payroll cost, supplies etc. thru Xero. After 1 year,
I decided to leave to company due to pregnancy.
