I've been a Senior Supervisor/Floor Manager for more than two years now. I believe that with my experience I can help your team identify and resolve any unforeseeable issues and implement strategies. I manage a team as well as oversee all brand communities and platforms - This includes all social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube) as well as online reputation platforms (Yelp, Site Jabber, Google Business, BBB, etc.). I am responsible for moderating and responding within these communities, and also managing other Marketing-related emails.

I also worked as an Executive Assistant and my role involves liaising with clients, managing calendars and email accounts, assisting with the business' sales processes, including lead management and keeping CRM data up-to-date, managing the company's financial record-keeping, invoicing and financial reporting, appointment setter, setting up meetings, make travel bookings and create travel itineraries, and maintaining processes for VA tasks (including developing new processes as required).
