I worked as a Customer Service Representative in the Philippines for an international account - it is under the umbrella of a major Telephone Company (TelCo Industry) in the US. I was responsible for taking in calls and do some outbound calls if it is really necessary. I was also responsible for documenting the whole call for reference. It was a fun experience for me because I was able to test my multitasking skill, my problem solving skill, utilizing and maximizing my resources and most importantly, improving my empathetic ability through effective communication.
