I have worked as both a level 1 and level 2 technical support agent for a telecom company based in the US. Working in my previous field gave me the skills and abilities to pacify irate customers and turning their feelings around in favor of our services. I have great knowledge in troubleshooting computer software and hardware related issues. I am also adept in using CRM and MS office applications.
I can multitask very effectively and have a great attention on details. I am a fast learner and can work with minimal supervision.
I'm looking for job opportunities where I can use the things I've learned in my previous work and help a company bolster its business.
