- Virtual Team Management. Manage a virtual team composed of graphic designers, writers, a social media manager, marketing project manager, and customer service support agents/general virtual assistants. Main focus is to delegate tasks and monitor progress of these tasks, team training and development, monitor attendance and performance, and ensuring their their personal goals are aligned with business goals.
- e-Commerce Site Administration. My clients own various sites and sell products on marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Walmart. I am tasked to ensure that the sites are working smoothly at any time. Most often, I ensure that order fulfillment from these sites are well-managed.
- Customer Service Support. I handle escalations for issues we have from customers on our sites and make sure that they are addressed promptly and accordingly.
- Other ad hoc tasks that are assigned to me at any given time such as new product search / general research, competitor's check, outside client work, hiring, etc.
