With more than 6 years of experience in the Customer Service industry, I was able to adapt in a dynamic and fast paced environment over the years.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Major in Computer Science in Lyceum of the Philippines. I made it a point to gain work experience while in school, thus demonstrating a solid work ethic and no fear of rolling up my sleeves and getting the job done. My academic courses have required me to develop strong analytical skills. I am also adept with different PC applications such as Adobe Photoshop CS3, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and others. I am also skilled in doing Basic PC Troubleshooting. I am hardworking and a well-persevered person. When I am given a task, I give it my 100%. I am also success driven as I have my dreams and my family as inspiration.
