Hello, I'm Upgrade to see actual info, an aspiring virtual assistant and graphic designer with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. I'm a dedicated and hardworking professional with experience in data entry, data management, graphic designing, online research, and typing at 40 WPM with 99?curacy.

Previously, I worked as an intern at a travel agency, where I gained valuable experience in customer service, organization, and attention to detail. I also worked as an online ESL Teacher for Japanese and Taiwanese students, which has helped me develop excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In addition to my practical experience, I am proficient in several applications and tools, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Gmail, and Google Drive.

Some of my accomplishments include successfully managing multiple projects with tight deadlines, designing engaging and visually appealing graphics, and delivering accurate and error-free work.
