Profile Description

At present I work in one of the Philippines top real estate developers named Suntrust Properties, Inc. as a Senior Sales Coordinator. I assist our partner realtors and in-house sellers to make a sale by preparing and checking the accuracy of the downpayment/amortization schedule of 
a specific property unit to build the trust and confidence of our buyers. I make sure that all the required documentations are obtained to save both the company and the buyers 
the hassle in the issuance of contract to sell. The job is to make sure that the sale is closed and that the buyers are given the best service possible.
