MIS SupervisorSupervise, plan and manage all MIS operations, technology, infrastructure and services. Evaluate, propose and implement new technologies based on the company's needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide total availability of the system application.
• Manage the ERP System ( SAP B1 ) application and server.
• Manage the HRIS System ( Jeonsoft ) application and server.
• Administering the MS Office 365 email, teams and one drive.
• Administering the ticketing system (Freshworks)
• Automate the manual process via intelligent service management solution at Freshworks

Make sure the database is backed up successfully.

Coordinate to vendor about the system maintenance and update
• Make sure all the prerequisite of the system is all running
• Make sure back up database location is secured and safe
• Plan and manage upgrades of hardware and software systems
• Monitor the system logs if there is a prompt error that needs to fix or
update
• Isolate and coordinate to vendor about the system error and update
• Evaluate and propose new system application that can help manual
process into systematic
• Maintain confidentiality and security of company’s data
• Develop and implement MIS policies to ensure data accuracy and
security
• Establish and maintain all of the company’s internal and external
network infrastructure
• Make sure the Total availability of internet connection
• Set up network and access policy for every department and end users
