I also worked as a customer service representative for Canadian healthcare. I am also a quality analyst for two years in collections financial accounts. I recently I have attended seminars and training sessions on how to utilize the Shopify platform effectively and had actual tasks made to test my understanding and be prepared to deal with my future clients. I have specifically managed inventory, created shipping labels, validated orders, and tracked status during the training. I have also learned how to create collections, and product listings and ensure every product looks professional on site.
