Profile Description

With over 15 years of corporate experience, 8 years of which as a Project Manager/PMO Lead helping onshore project teams establish project governance and cadence, maintain standards, and manage project financial health thereby meeting targets.

I started my career in the Contact Center industry as a customer voice support (TSE) and as a QA Officer, and later on promoted as an Executive Assistant to the Site Director. I also had a considerable experience being a Market Researcher (Competitive Intelligence) of a US-based printer company.

I pride myself in providing timely and high quality results.

I am highly driven, committed and a team enabler. During my free time, I love watching thriller movies and I also love doing arts & crafts with my two adorable girls.
