I possess two years of experience as an inbound Customer Service Representative in the BPO Industry. I have worked under two International Accounts. One was with Opsify Philippines Inc. where I helped customers in placing, changing, and canceling their online purchases through phone calls, chats and emails.

I also have experience in copy editing. I edit all the descriptions of items sold online to make sure they're free of errors and fix any grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors. After editing them, I upload all the descriptions made to the website using a tool given by our clients.

Moreover, I underwent extensive training as email and chat support and back-office representative. So, I am well-educated with non-voice tasks.
