SALES REPRESENTATIVE-I have an experience as a sales rep in bpo industry. I do booking of flights, hotels, and car insurances. PATIENT ACCOUNT COORDINATOR-I have an experience in creating prior authorization, checking eligibility, benefits and co pays for patient insurance. I also do inbound and outbound Upgrade to see actual infoput all of patient information to the Upgrade to see actual infopile all of the medical documents of our patient and scheduled patient. COLD CALLER-I do outbound calls to different constructions companies all over the world. I set up an appointment to my manager ,we are offering a construction software. VIRTUAL ASSISTANT-My task is to send daily email for presale. Do cold calling as well in different teams in Canada to build a relationship and set an appointment to my client. I do as well a seat plan list for different events and do some errands. VIRTUAL RECEPTIONIST.- I Answer incoming calls, book appointment, do some estimation, I manage the Instagram and google account of my client. I can edit in canva, edit videos in filmora, proficient in excel, google sheets, I know how to use calendly with a training on Sales Force Administrator. I have a knowledge in hippa, and procedure codes.
