To provide excellent customer service i have learned that one should develop organizational skills,for years of working in the call center industry we had gone through many trainings on how to develop and practice this,along with this is communication skills, by being a good customer service associate we should be able to communicate well and develop the ability of good listening skills so that we will know what our customer is looking for immediately, and literacy skills,being in sales i have learned that above anything else we must be quick to understand, give solutions and options for customers who didn't quite know what
exactly are their looking for.
