I worked for T-Mobile and AT&T, two of the largest US telecommunications companies, and was tasked with explaining bills, upgrading and downgrading plan lines, collecting payments and making arrangements, performing basic troubleshooting, customer retention, and doing a little bit of sales by adding lines.

Additionally, I am employed by Expedia Group as a travel advisor specializing in booking hotels, cars, and flights. I also work as a customer service representative for Temple and Webster, a well-known furniture and homeware shop in Upgrade to see actual info order to ensure that the customer's purchase received intact and without damage, we provide customer support by live chat, email, and, if necessary, outbound calls.
