Profile Description

Customer service has been the core of my career for 13 years now. I started on a front line of business operation, assisting customers in a real-time situation.
I have handled prime teams that train newbies to take up escalated concerns. I have also assisted all types of customers in all kinds of company settings. My vast experience in the service industry has developed not only my phone, email, and chat etiquette but, most importantly, my ability to deal with dissatisfied clients courteously and resolve issues in the most efficient way possible.
I've also been part of an up-selling industry where I learned to help increase revenue through cross-selling.
Through years of experience, I honed my leadership and organizational skills through my trusted colleagues and mentors' guidance.
During my past time, I would watch video tutorials, webinars about the e-commerce industry, and would also use an online dummy account to try it in real-time to be more familiar with the tools. Editing photos and videos are what I am too fond of doing during my spare time.
I am currently a Quality Specialist in a program that supports financial, repair, and technical assistance for customers having mechanical concerns about their vehicles.
I have gained an excellent reputation over the years in which my skills, attention to detail, and proper working attitude are being recognized. My goal now is to establish a career with onlinejobs.ph clients, and with my previous job experience, I know I will be a valuable asset.
