I started to work at Accenture on June 2014 as a data analyst. Our role was to conduct research particularly on billing. Part of our role was also to process credits, credit transfer, process refunds, and doing Root Cause Analysis(RCA). After 2 years as a data analyst I applied as a Quality Auditor. Our role was to review, confirm and report compliance with process/procedure requirements, and quality certifications. We also perform quality inspections, document findings using required audit process/procedures. This is to ensure that quality standards are met by creating error trend analysis and proposing immediate action plans.
