Profile Description

I have a broad experience working in a different roles in the previous organizations. I started as a Customer Support that handles billing related inquires and promoted as a Team Leader within 6 months.
After few years, I shifted my career and became an IT Service Desk. My job is mainly the point of contact of all IT related inquiries. I have participated in different trainings in order to further develop my skills. Some of them are ITIL, CompTIA and others that will help me in my day to day task. Before I decided to shift to free lancing I work in the 2nd largest stocks exchange in the US as Accounts Receivable Associate. My role is to actively contact our client by email and phone to identify any issues attributing to their Upgrade to see actual info all of these roles, I support both English and Spanish Customers and exposed to different culture worldwide. I have an excellent skills in Customer Service for both email and phone. I am also expose to different tools such as CRM, Salesforce and Workday.
