-Searching products according to your preferred category and criteria-Sourcing products for Online Arbitrage using Tactical Arbitrage, Seller Amp SAS, Keepa, Azinsigth and manually searching
-Using Google sheets to record leads and workflow

AMAZON MANAGEMENT (Amazon Case Management)
-Maintaining Seller Account Healthy
-Make sure all listings are active / properly priced
-Manage, update and improve product listing
-Listing Recategorization, Merge ASINs, Create listing Variations
-uploading products and A+ content
-Fixing Listing with missing BSR
-Fixing Stranded Inventory & Unfulfillable Inventory issues
-Fixing Listing Errors, Reinstating Blocked/Closed Listings
-Creating cases with Seller Support
-Adding, Updating and Fixing/Correcting product listings through flat file

KEYWORD RESEARCHER
-Helping to select the appropriate target and relevant keyword
-Monitoring and Research of Competitors

CUSTOMER SERVICE (Amazon and Email support)
-Contacting Amazon Seller Support on the client’s behalf
-Ensuring that email responses and resolutions to issues align with the platform’s policies.
