Most of my work experience is in customer service.
I have worked as a call center agent before wherein I handled inbound calls from customers and dealers alike for telecommunications companies based in the US and Australia.
I have also worked as a Real Estate virtual assistant making cold calls to prospective sellers and investors. Some of my tasks included data entry, research, skip tracing, lead generation, appointment setting, creating marketing materials, customer relationship management, and administrative duties.
I also have experience as a customer service representative responding to customers’ messages on the client’s page via Intercom regarding product inquiries/information, shipment, promotions, etc., and using Amazon Seller Central,
