Profile Description

I used to enjoy working in a "Thank you for calling" industry where I was highly-trained on customer service, English communications, sales, technical competencies and other skills required to increase customer satisfaction thereby increasing company profit. I was able to maximized what I had learned and established a good reputation in the first call center I worked with where I got promoted as intern-product trainer.
Currently, I am working as a full time VA in an Australian (Philippine -based) company providing various services that requires diligence, proficiency and keenness. My job evolves around using Microsoft Office applications, cloud storage, booking software, web-based email clients, and other platforms to seamlessly manage my client's projects.
Part of my role is blog writing, updating wiki site, organizing files, managing emails & booking schedules, audio transcription, researching and data entry. I am an optimistic friendly person that possesses the right mix of positive attitude. Experienced and diverse enough to deliver high standards while maintaining high values. I tend to thrive in fast-moving, demanding, stressful situations in a diverse environment. Exceeding the standard, providing service that sells and being a part of a synergized team satisfies me.
