To provide you with an overview of my skills and expertise, I would like to begin by emphasizing my extensive experience in customer service, mostly in customer engagement businesses.

For my college internship, I worked as an administrative assistant in my university's admissions office, where my main responsibilities included responding to our clients' inquiries, processing their enrollments, and conducting marketing trips to promote the institution in the hopes of attracting more potential enrollees. I also performed ad hoc, relevant tasks.

After college, I worked for a call center company, where I handled a travel account and answered queries and processed hotel reservations for new and existing clients who were residing in North America.

One of my key performance indicators is closing sales since, in addition to providing excellent customer service, one of my primary objectives is to promote the property in order to persuade the client to book the reservation.

After spending a significant amount of time in the customer service industry, I shifted to marketing, which is my primary specialty and major in college. I currently work as a marketing associate, where I am primarily responsible for content marketing, digital marketing, social media management, and marketing, as well as other ad hoc assignments.
