Profile Description

Handle all admin works. Screen all documents before forwarding to the CEO
? Arrange meetings. Handle emails. 
? Handle Treasury. (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash on hand) 
? Handle Sales AR (recording of Delivery, issue Invoice, collection-payment from
customers) 
? Facilitate and handle logistics. 
? Facilitate visits of foreign Engineers. (airport pick up, hotel, transpo) 
? Ensure financial records are up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes. 
? Contribute to financial audits and bank recon. 
? Monitor all bank deposits and payments. 
? Keep accurate records for all daily transaction. 
? Checking all transactions from accounting before disbursement 
? Audit on Collections. 
? Facilitate all bank transactions and ensure that all are process in a timely basis.
? Audit and monitor plant transactions 
 ? With working experience in SAP B1, Xero, QBO,Gusto
? SAP Project Head May 2021 – November 30, 2021
