Hello! It's another beautiful day in the universe! I am Kenny and I'm from the Philippines. I am working as a Customer Service representative and Data entry for full 4 years now. I worked with prestigious companies like Amazon, Walmart and Sears that truly molded the skills that I already have into a much better Upgrade to see actual info my previous working years, I have finished projects not just individually but as a team as well. I've developed my customer relations that I habitually provide my customers who I always consider as my clients and my friend. I learned how to handle and analyze different customer concerns that involved payments,orders and deliveries, and an important core of being a customer obsessed employee. I can communicate well in English through chat, phone calls and email, as those were required on my previous jobs. I always believe that if you can communicate well, you can serve well!
I also have the knowledge of using Microsoft Office programs like, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint. I also know how to use Google Drive Apps like Google Docs, Google Slides and Google Sheets. I also consider content creation like photo editing, video making and blogging as an interest and Upgrade to see actual info fact, I have a few experience of using Adobe photoshop, Canva, and Sony Vegas on creating my desired contents.
But above all the technical skills that was aforementioned, I also is very keen to details and deadlines. For me, I don't go with quality over quantity. Because I believe that I can have the same quality even on a short period of time and at any given quantity of projects.
I enjoyed working with my clients over the years and somehow I learned that having a good relationship with them is also an essential core of a successful project. I value my clients' trust as much as I value my principles.
