-Acts as System Analyst for requirements and issues, providing inputs on priority and service level agreements (SLA).
-Serves as process andd system expert, analyzing user queries and incidents, and managing knowledge on all system changes and new releases for the following:
>Accenture Freight and Logistics (AFLS) Cargo and Price
> Global Customer Service System (GCSS)
