I worked in Dubai, UAE for four years as a secretary and assistant administrator/receptionist. Here are my responsibilities as a secretary:
-Receive inbound calls from participants with regards to freehold properties, sales and rentals.
-Answer participant questions, as well as question participants to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.

-Monitor Call Tracking for responses from administrative team so call returns are done in a timely fashion.

-Receives inbound calls and address customers' concerns
-Makes reservations via phone and
-Calls drivers for their early morning pick-ups
-Makes sure all agents are doing their jobs and assist them with their calls if needed.
