I was with Convergys for almost 7 months.I take calls and also do the task in helping customers such as, look for an item online then add it to the cart, track shipping and sometimes, issue refunds and or replacement (depending on the situation and issue.)
in some instance, we call the physical store to update them or to assist the customer as to why their order are delayed or cannot be found.
I also have the access to give a discount or a free shipping But whenever I do that, I always make sure that the reason is valid and well deserve to grant a discount.

We basically call the home owner to ask some qualification question like.
if they are the home owner and if they are interested for an efficient air-conditioning system that gives them a low cost of electricity bill then setting an appointment for a free quote from the professional team.
I also tried in real estate.
Do the call for outbound then ask survey questions. If they are the home owner, if they are planning to refinance and or sell their homes after a couple of years. What type of a house they have.
