As a skilled full-cycle recruiter with 3 years of experience in Recruitment and Administration, I handle end-to-end recruitment processes. I am a registered and board-certified Psychometrician in the Philippines and am fluent in both written and oral English communication.
My expertise in HR includes full-cycle recruitment, such as:creating job descriptions, posting job ads, sourcing, screening candidates, conducting interviews, onboarding new hires, and coordinating with hiring managers and stakeholders.
