Additionally, I have 4+ years experience working as a Technical Support Representative which includes 1.5years of 2nd-Line Support for a publishing company which mainly deals with Science & Technology, and Research materials. I am also a Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate which developed my interpersonal communication skills and can establish rapport with people easily(may it be customers or colleagues). As a Filipino, I am also multilingual (English, Tagalog, Filipino, Hiligaynon) and I can work supervised or independently. Lastly, I can work through pressure and am willing to learn new skillsets outside of my comfort zone.
