Profile Description

I have worked as General Virtual Assistant and Cold Caller for almost 3 years and I successfully helped clients in satisfying their needs. I am mainly responsible for cold calling to reach out to potential customers and clients, following up with prospects throughout the sales cycle, and managing online communications while providing extensive customer service.
I am well versed in using tools like HAR, Zillow, CAD, MLS, Propestream and extensive in using House or Land using Zillow, CAD to get to know a little bit more about the client's properties. I am also exposed to using Skype, Mojo, Smartphone, Roor, and Xencall as the main tool of communication in order to set up appointments and close sales effectively.
As a Social Media Manager, I am also responsible for managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement, actively responding to comments on each social media account, and creating pipelines as needed.
My expertise is not just limited to General Virtual Assistance and Social Media Manager, I am also skilled in Sourcing top talents, and coordinating with Hiring Managers to determine position requirements. creating talent pipelines for current and future hires.
