Currently, I work as a client services manager for an Australian firm that manages financial planning and mortgage broking assistants which I manage 15 - 20 people with 13 clients in Australia for different practices. part of my role now is to manage productivity, attendance monitoring, quality checks, coaching, and among other things that help prosper the client business.
