I have been in various industries that focus on customer service, data entry, quality, billing, and escalation, which are both voice and non-voice platforms in different roles from product trainer, team & group lead, and quality assurance supervisor. I also have exposure to the financial planning industry, particularly in the Australian setting. Last year, I have completed my Kaplan Certification IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Currently, I work as a client services manager for an Australian firm that manages financial planning and mortgage broking assistants which I manage 15 - 20 people with 13 clients in Australia for different practices. part of my role now is to manage productivity, attendance monitoring, quality checks, coaching, and among other things that help prosper the client business.
