I have worked as Legal Assistant for more than 10 years. I am adept at immigration laws being a paralegal in Saipan (a U.S. Territory) for a small law firm handling immigration matters and labor concerns. The bulk of my paralegal work consists of compliance to business renewals of our clients, processing of application forms and attachments for visa category employments from securing temporary labor certification to sending all the packet to USCIS and responding to request for additional evidences as well. In addition, I assist the lawyer in drafting appeal briefs to DHS. The reason that I want to try for remote and virtual jobs is because of flexibility of time and safety is our priority in these pandemic times.
