Profile Description

I am an experienced Virtual Assistant and I am currently
looking for a new client/company to work with.
I have more than 4 years of experience working at
different call center companies as a Customer Service Representative (taking
inbound calls) and as an Email/Chat Support Specialist. During the pandemic,
this is when I dUpgrade to see actual info to try and enter the world of Virtual
Assistants/freelancing. I got hired as an
e-commerce officer and then later on got assigned as a personal secretary
performing various administrative tasks including data entry, email management,
document creation, etc. I also had the opportunity to become the leader of a
team and was also given managerial tasks wherein I need to deal with
clients, keep track of our member's daily output,  submit reports,
accounting, human resource and a lot more. The tools/software we often use are
MS Office (Word and Excel), Google Spreadsheet and Google search engine to
login to different sites. These
helped me broaden my knowledge and hone my skills in this field. I became more
familiar with the English vocabulary and be proficient in using the English
language when it comes to written and oral communication.
