Customer Experience Specialist II and Migration Editor (1 year and 3 months)-Walk through customers on how to process order vouchers for attractions, shows, wifi dongle and transportation services via chat, email or call.-Provide inclusions for vouchers purchased.-Process refund for used vouchers and if the customer has valid reasons for refund.-Send follow up emails for inquiries that need to be checked by a dedicated team.-Check updated package inclusions with account managers and update via backend to be reflected on the website.Customer Service II (3 years and 7 months)-Assist customers regarding billing concerns.-Provide resolution through up-selling new products (consultative selling, not hard selling). -Processing orders.-Track and trace customers' parcel via third party courier.-Make the customer happy and gain more positive feedback.Billing and Product Support (2 years and 8 months)-Discuss bills and bill disputes.-Assist customers for any concern that they have.-Receive transferred calls from billing support and provides basic troubleshooting steps for a satellite radio.-Gain positive feedback by providing resolution to every concern.-Processing orders for customers who wanted to install satellite radio in their vehicle.Lead Generation Specialist (1 year)-We develop new customer and qualify leads using the script provided. We are using hot keys (non-voice) to converse with the customers. Once the customer is interested in the security system offered, we then position the sale and cold transfer to a specialist.
