Profile Description

I have 8 long years of experience with BPO industry focusing on customer service, technical support, sales and complaints management. I have handled various positions, from a regular CSR, was promoted to a Team Leader, and later on as an Engagement Leader handling various projects, covering 300 employees of the company.

Along side my regular job, I worked as an Admin Assistant/ Executive Assistant of a Medical Professional from the US, part time. I have handled mostly admin tasks, reply to emails, set appointment schedules, call clients for possible appointments and keep records and submit reports to physician. I sorted all client documents, attached it on their charts online for easy access and retrieval. I have done some clinical research to aid various project headed by my client too. 

I worked as Marketing Specialist, Social Media Manager and Executive Assistant of a realtor and created a lot of contents and campaigns that helped for the success of her business. Because of the job requirement, I learned using image designing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Canva, Filmora and other creative tools for marketing. I made some creative presentations, posters and other marketing materials that were very helpful to increase brand awareness. I managed all her Social Media accounts and made sure she has a consistent presence online. 

I recently worked as a General Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Specialist of a Food and Beverage business, taking customer enquiries over the phone, chat and email, maintaining system performances, monitoring orders and reporting technical issues to assigned team. I also scheduled meetings with the team for constant improvement of processes, and even created a manual for the entire business process.
