I'm currently working as a Social Media Content Moderator for a UK brand to which I interact with customers through social media Upgrade to see actual info like Facebook, Twitter and Upgrade to see actual info to gain more consumers and minimize the negative noise for the company. Previously, I worked as a Customer Service Representative to several BPO companies. Through this, I am able to gain skills and abilities needed for the customer service's role such as providing excellent customer experience and building professional relationship with customers to assist them with their concerns. Additionally, I also have and experience working in escalations which I'm handling complaints received on both calls and emails. Having working experience for 8 years now, I can guarantee that I am a reliable person and adaptive to change. I also have keen eyes into details and I can definitely work with less supervision. Moreover, I take criticisms positively which helps me personally and professionally. Furthermore, I am currently available to do part-time jobs and I can work during weekends and holidays.
