Profile Description

I have been a call center agent for 4 years as a Customer Service Representatative. My responsibilities involves taking orders from customers when they call us to purchase ready to wear clothes, shoes, furnitures and many others. During the transaction I should be able to assist the customer to choose sizes, colors and meaurements while encoding their orders. As a customer service representative I have also handled customer complaints, usually about clothes sent in the wrong color or size. In handling this complaints I have learned to be calm and composed no matter how irate the customer gets just so the problem will be solved objectively. After resigning from the call center job I became a Business Development Manager at an Australian based printing business having their sales department strategically based in the Philippines. As Business Development Manager my responsibilities involved giving suggestions to businessmen on how their business cards, brochures, and many other advertisement materials should look like and what content should be present in the materials. I also advised as to what color, what words/phrases should catch customer's attention, what not to put in an ad and many other aspects. I also had to be in constant contact with other Printing Companies based in Australia who handles bulk orders inorder to get a best price to offer the customers.My job also engaged in constant contact with corrier companies to
make sure orders were delivered within the estimated time of arrival. After a year I decided to work homebased, which is my job at until the present time. I am an online English Teacher. I teach Chinese and other students from various parts of Asia. This has been an enjoyable job for me primarily because I am a teacher by profession. I get to teach students from different countries so at the same time I get to learn their culture too. I teach during early part of the evening until about 10PM so I get a lot of free time.
