Profile Description

I started working way back 2012 after I graduated from college with my course Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management. I worked with a shipping company as a customer associate, wherein I'm having a face-to-face interaction and dealing with different kinds of customers daily. Currently, I'm working as a bank officer. On my first year, my task is to communicate with the clients via phone call. Answering their inquiries. Helping them to fix their issues with online banking. Endorsing their concerns and requests to the right department to investigate the issue.
After one and half year, from inbound task I've been transferred and was assigned to a different unit where my job is to answer emails from clients. As of right now, I'm still an email correspondence.
