I am a highly-skilled professional with 15 years of experience in Customer Service. I have engaged with customers through phone, chat, email, and social media.

I helped the company in customer acquisition, retention, implement business development plans and increase sales.

Managing customer complaints faster with my training on mobile technology and billing disputes. I was able to give timely feedback to clients' issues through individual service tickets. I was designated to aid in data gathering and report creation for the Reports Team using a pivot table in excel.

Now, as I transition to working remotely, I enrolled in Amazon Seller Virtual Assistant Masterclass, which is founded by a successful 7-figure Filipino Amazon Seller. Product research and supplier sourcing are some of the skills that I am focusing on right now.
