With 10 years of experience in a variety of roles, I help business owners in e-commerce, BPO, and e-coaching industries free up their time and focus on what they do best by taking care of their day-to-day operations.

The following are the areas I am proficient with: 

1. Customer Service: Customer interfacing day-in and day-out, handling all types of concerns from general inquiries to escalations (refund, chargeback, manager chat/email). 
2. Order Fulfillment: Processing orders from customers in-store and requesting products from suppliers to be sent to the customers. 
3. Data Management: Maintaining databases e.g. google sheet, CRMs, etc. I also help business owners organize their data and turn them into digestible bits of information for them to make sound decisions. e.g. Inventory Reports, Sales Reports, Order/Refund Reports
4. Operations Management: I handle customer service, order fulfillment, quality assurance, reports and finance teams.
