I have been blogging and writing articles for our company about networking using our local intranet portal, helping out my colleagues who have problems with troubleshooting steps and fixes for different networking problems.
I also work on customer service and I have technical skills for a few networking products for 2 years.
I have finished a Degree in Bachelor of Science in Nursing and even though I have already graduated, I still research for more topics about nursing and science.
I have a background in sales although I am not an expert.
I know how to use MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
I had a background in transcribing audio local and international files for a year.
