Management. I have been assigned to oversee the end to end accounts payable activities such as Procurement,
Invoice processing, handle queries from internal and external vendors, Monthly accrual, PL to GL reconciliation,
vendor accounts by reconciling monthly, vendor master administration and payments, ensures taxes are properly
accounted and coded, expense claims management and collections. Exposure to compliance and anti-bribery
policies ( SOX and FCPA – Foreign Corrupt Practices Act). Familiar with US GAAP and APAC countries. Account and
Client Services Management includes day to day management of client accounts. Attended three different
intensive trainings in United States of America and China for Finance and Accounting at Harrah’s Hotel, Las Vegas,
Nevada on 2009 for IBM Philippines, in Eden Prairie, Minnesota on 2012 for Concur Technologies and Credit Card
Administration and Procure to Pay in Tianjin, China last June 2013 for IBM.
