Profile Description

I have been in the US Healthcare industry for the last 6 years. I was an offshore Supervisor of Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (Central Region). Prior being promoted to being a supervisor, I was a QA Specialist and a Tier 2 Medical Claims Representative. I expanded my experience in Medical Billing & Coding when I joined SPi Healthcare as a 3rd party QA Specialist on 2012. I was with Revenue Cycle Management department handling Accounts Receivable, Payment Posting, Denial Management, Eligibility, Benefits Verification and Collections. I was also with WRS Health, a leading EMR/PMS company as a senior Medical Billing Representative. I was overseeing all aspects of billing for several medical practices starting from claims creation, rejection and denial management, payment posting and accounts receivable.
