- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles        including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.- Knowledge of financial and accounting software applications.- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and         projections.- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and a well-defined         leadership.- Has the ability to exercise sound judgment and have a well-developed decision-        making and planning skill.- Has a proven track record of excellent analytical and problem solving skills.- Able to work at a varied work schedule and work effectively under pressure          and stressful situations.- Able to perform all the essential functions of the job.- Capable to work under stressful circumstances and minimal supervision.- Easy to train in all category of job responsibilities.- Versatile and have positive attitude towards work
