If you happen to find me I wanna say thank you, you won't regret it and I won't waste your time reading this short career overview of mine.
Prior to freelancing, I worked as a customer service and sales representative for six years. This year marks my fourth year being a VA, I have been providing support to people in various roles, such as executives, business owners, and office managers. 

I help to keep an organization running smoothly by handling a wide range of tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, managing emails and correspondence, preparing documents, maintaining records and databases, and performing basic bookkeeping duties. 

As an assistant, I often serve as the first point of contact for people who want to do business with an organization, and as such, they must be professional, organized, and able to communicate effectively with others.
