I have been working as a customer service representative for a major BPO company based in the United States for the last 3 years. I have handled financial accounts for a leading mortgage company and a Fortune 500 life insurance company catering to the US market. I have above average communication skills, computer skills and call handling skills. I also have experience with basic technical support as I have worked as a level 2 tech support for a DSL company.
As an employee, my supervisors say I am good at multitasking and working with a team. I am independent, organized, efficient and can work with minimal supervision. As a person, I value learning as much as earning. I don't accept excuses, only results. I do my best at all the times- it helps me sleep at night.
I am currently in between jobs and have a lot of time in my hands. I also have an associate degree in Health Science Education and is in the process of getting a degree in Nursing. Surfing the web and doing research work are my passion. I can handle long hours in front of a PC and I have a reliable internet connection. I am online most of the time.
