I am excellent in the field of Microsoft excel and Microsoft word. I already had experienced working online specifically on Email Tracking and Sales Updating. I have worked on lots of different websites to track and gather inputs to get sales updates. I also had an experience being a customer service representative of a Foreign Company for 2 years, namely Greendot and Walmart. I am good in dealing with customer issues and concerns. I am also excellent in typing since I am used to do a lot of paper works encoded as a report during the time when I worked as a Social Case Worker for a year.
