Profile Description

Worked as Customer Service Representative for 4 years. Tasks include assisting customers, troubleshooting their mobile phones, answering questions about the services/products. Also, worked as IT Service Desk Analyst for almost 4 years. Acts as the first level support. Resets users password and create new users account via citrix/active Upgrade to see actual infocalates system issues to resolver team and document it on SD ticketing system. Answers emails and phone calls. Help clients in troubleshooting their machines/laptops/phones, installing software, mapping printers, etc. Have also experience working as Production System Support. With these role, I was focused in monitoring all servers whether TST/Production. Restart faulty servers, do sanity check after any deployment and sends business report. Lastly, I have worked as Jacada Support-(Tracfone Dev). It was a year of experience in developing tools, testing and Upgrade to see actual infoed PHP and codeigniter framework. MySQL, SQLyog and MS SQL were some of the databases being used. Currently, I'm working as a Customer Support in a SaaS company. I triage, respond to and troubleshoot high-volume of inbound client support requests.
