I am assisting customers in setting an appointment with the technicians in order to fix their broken appliances or plumbing/ electrical systems. I also did some sales/ marketing tasks. I am convincing customers to renew their account if their account is opt to renewal. I am computer literate and possess a high level of communication skills in English since I am also a graduate of English course (Bachelor's Level).
