Customer Service Associate -  handled one of the top telecommunications in Australia where we address customer concerns on their wireline services by answering incoming calls, providing assistance about their account, doing basic troubleshooting when the wireline service is out. Also have experience with billing accounts where we provide resolution to the customers complaint, upgrade phones and plan features on their Wireless services over the phone for a U.S telecommunication account.

Customer Email Support - handled top telecommunications in U.S.A. where we validate VOIP orders from the sales team to customers via email. We key-in order schedule weekly meetings and forward orders to the Downstream Team (local provisioning, activation engineer) to provide updates back to the customer via email and phone.
